First I suggest rereading the pattern thoroughly and checking the abbreviations table to ensure you have not missed any instructions. Check any photo tutorials included in the pattern or the tutorials page on the website for further help with techniques.
If you believe there is an error in the pattern, please do contact me with an accurate description of the problem in the pattern and I will be happy to look into it!
If there is a problem with your knitting (dropped stitch, wrong stitch count, etc) I am unlikely to be able to help and recommend checking your local yarn shop to see if they have help sessions!
Yes, items made for personal use may be sold! See Terms and Conditions for further details.
I am afraid I am unable to personalise requests for sizing at the moment. If you wish to rework a pattern for a size larger or smaller than it was written for you are welcome to do so for your personal use.
At the moment I am unable to produce video tutorials.
Occasionally I will update a pattern to correct errors, update the format or improve the layout. If you would like to receive updates please ensure you tick the “Send me product updates and offers via email” box at check out. This does not subscribe you to my newsletter and will only be used to update your pattern.
After paying a box will pop-up with a download link for the included files. You will also receive an e-mail with download links for each file.
Unfortunately Ravelry’s redesign has caused ill effects like migraines, headaches, eyestrain and even seizures for many users including myself. As a result I am no longer offering my patterns through Ravelry.
For more information, please read my posts about Ravelry and accessibility.
If you have waited 30 minutes and haven’t received an email, please check your spam or junk mail folders.
If you still cannot find the email, please contact with me with your order details.
Payhip has a limit to the number of times you can use a download link to prevent sharing of files and piracy. I suggest saving the file to your computer once you have downloaded it to avoid this happening.
If you need your download link reset, please contact me with your order details.
If you are having trouble opening or reading the pdf please ensure you have an up to date copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Occasionally if the software is out of date it can cause problems with opening files or cause words to render incorrectly.
I take on a limited number of collaborations during a year. If you would like to get in touch please send me an email through the Contact page.
You can print or save multiple copies of the patterns you have purchased provided they are for your own personal use. Sharing the pattern, either through print outs or digital copies, breaks copyright laws. See Terms and Conditions for more details.
I am happy to sell wholesale patterns for classes or sale in yarn shops or festivals. If you would like to get in touch please send me an email through the Contact page.
